It is possible because we are able to “bridge the gap” between our standard “Multiples” Loan Program, which requires a minimum initial deposit of $10M USD, (and will typically furnish a Project Loan of $30M USD), and Loans that would be too small to qualify under our standard Loan Program protocols.

This Program enables "Private Lenders" to continue to lend their capital into the real Estate game regardless of the economic environment, because by utilizing our structure, we have removed the inherent risks associated with Mortgage Lending while enhancing the financial benefit to the Lender!


Instead of you handing your capital over to the Borrower, you are able to keep the capital either in your own Bank account, or in the Trust Account of a fully regulated and  approved US Attorney, who has performed an escrow role for nearly 30 years. His role is to work directly with you to secure your funds in a Bank of America account, where the funds will never leave, and will always be under your personal direction.
